Did Kai Cenat rub Kanye West wrong? While on stream Kai did his usual PO Box opening where he opened some clothes apparently sent from Kanye West’s team and clothing line. While trying on the pants from Kanye, Kai let the pants fall to the floor yelling out they were way too big for him. Kanye claimed he needed a small and the pants were “Phantom sized”(another streamer who Kai lives with and is much bigger than Kai).

Kanye West sent Kai Cenat a DM on Instagram where he claimed that Kai was making jokes about his clothing and how Kai did not play his music on his platform. Is Kanye being Sensitive or is Kai being insensitive to Kanye’s clothing line and everything he’s been through with the media?

After a back and forth with Kanye on Instagram where Kai asked Kanye to get on a phone call for clarity, Kanye refused and in true Kanye fashion told Kai he’s not saying anything about Adidas insinuating that he needs to defend Kanye. Kai was recently giving a Nike deal as the first streamer with a sneaker deal and states he has no alliance to Adidas. CHECKS OVER STRIPES!

Kai stood his ground in the back and forth with Kanye stating he also has “motion” has a following, and is not going to bow down because the mega star didn’t like how he reacted to his clothing being to big. Kai felt as if he did not disrespect Kanye and feels he doesn’t owe him an apology.

Eventually Kai did get on the phone with John Monopoly Kanye West’s manager where they briefly spoke about quelling the incident and coming to an amicable end.

None the less it is as Kai says, “Great to see how far streamers have come even being in talks with music legends”. We agree, this speaks to the platform that Kai has built himself as an influencer. We’ll keep following this story as more developments are available.
